Whisky Sour with Dimple Scotch 15YO Whisky
Ingredients
- 60ml Dimple Scotch 15YO Whisky
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup (combine sugar and water in a 1:1 ratio)
- 1 egg white
- Ice
- Lemon twist or dehydrated lemon wheel, to garnish
Method
- Add Dimple Scotch 15YO Whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or dehydrated lemon wheel.
Paired perfectly with: Pork belly skewers with green miso noodle salad.
Toki Highball with Toki Blended Japanese Whisky
Ingredients
- 45ml Toki Blended Japanese Whisky
- 90–120ml chilled soda water
- Large premium ice cubes
- Grapefruit peel, to garnish
Method
- Fill a tall highball glass with large ice cubes.
- Add Toki Blended Japanese Whisky.
- Top with chilled soda water.
- Stir gently once or twice.
- Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
Paired perfectly with: Roasted sweet potato with chilli and maple.
