Village Boys youth team is set to make their McDonalds Fiji Coral Coast 7s debut next week.
The Suva-based side consists of youths from Naitasiri, Tailevu, Vanua Levu and Namosi who aspire to make a name in rugby sevens.
The side is in Pool D with Japan Under-18, Star Hospitality and Navala Rugby Youth team.
Head coach Epeli Matata said they’re anticipating a challenging three-day competition.
“It’s a tough pool since we have overseas team coming into the tournament,” he said.
“It will be our first Coral Coast sevens and we would want to finish on a high.”
