Old Fashioned with Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Ingredients
- 60ml Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 10ml sugar syrup (combine sugar and water in a 1:1 ratio)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
- Orange wheel
- Glacé cherry, to garnish (optional)
- Ice
Method
- Add Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, sugar syrup and bitters to a rocks glass.
- Add large ice and stir gently to chill.
- Express orange peel over the drink.
- Optional: Garnish with a glacé cherry and orange wheel.
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add Grant’s Triple Wood Blended Scotch Whisky.
- Top with dry ginger ale.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
Pair it with: Coffee-rubbed rib-eye with straw fries.
