Highlanders co-captain Timoci Tavatavanawai and replacement flanker Veveni Lasaqa scored a try each but it was not enough as Waratahs grabbed a 37-36 win at the Allianz Stadium in Sydney on Friday night.
According to the Otago Daily Times, that Tavatavanawai played well in his new position at second five-eighth and was all over the field during the game.
