In a media release, executive chairman Jack Cowin said Domino’s customers can also expect to see changes to the chain’s menu.
“A structured menu reduction programme is now under way, aimed at improving product quality scores, as measured by customers, and simplifying store operations.”
The news follows the brand’s first loss in 20 years – one that hasn’t been felt locally, with Domino’s making record profits here.
Stores in France and Japan are reportedly lagging, contributing to a A$3.7 million ($4.1m) loss in the year to the end of June 2025.
