Samoa is in celebration mood after Miss Samoa, Litara Ieremia-Allan was crowned Miss Pacific Islands 2025-2026 in Honiara, on Saturday night.

She became the record-breaking 9th Miss Samoa to win the Miss Pacific Islands Crown, the most of any other countries in the history of the Pageant.

Saturday night’s Back to Back victory was also the 4th Back to Back victory in the History of Miss Pacific Islands.

Known for her charisma, Litara represented Samoa with great pride, carrying the hopes of her nation as she competed.

She had a huge follower overseas and also came second in the people’s choice from those voting online.

She impressed the judges with her poise, eloquence, and commitment to her advocacy, succeeding the reigning queen, Moemoana Safato’a Schwenke, also of Samoa.

Litara will now serve as a regional ambassador, promoting Pacific values and cultural exchange for the next one year.

The night’s result has received mixed results with many supporters expressing their views via the social media.
