The AJ Trading Rewa football team will have to work on their finishing in the final of the BiC Fiji FACT tournament against Extra supermarket Labasa at HFC Bank stadium in Suva tomorrow.

Head coach Rodicks Singh said that was one crucial area they’ll work on.

Rewa beat Stratum construction Suva, 1-0, in the second semifinal this evening.

“I thank the boys for this special performance. We wanted to come out during as well in the second half,” he said.

“We’ll asses the injuries, there’s a couple of injuries in the team which we’ll look at. Recovery first then come tomorrow morning we’ll see how the final goes.”

Singh said it will be crucial for his team to finish their chances in the final against Labasa.

“The motivation is stepping up to the name, on paper people say we’re the best team in this country but we wanted to prove people here by actions,” he said.

“Last week we were not that good but this week we wanted to prove it, take it as a motivation when the critics came in. We took the critics as motivation and came out firing today.”

Singh said unity and faith has been the team’s greatest strength in their Fiji Fact campaign.

“I humbly request all the fans to be here in numbers as its after a year then we’re in the finals,” he said.

“Come out and cheer the boys to help them lift the trophy.”

Singh said it will be vital moment for the club to win the Fiji Fact trophy near their home.

Rewa’s Josaia Sela scored the only goal of the match in the 34th minute of the first half.
