The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever is a whimsical global tribute to Kate Bush and her 1978 hit Wuthering Heights. The event began as a flash mob and has since blossomed into an annual global celebration in which participants gather, dressed in red, to re-enact Bush’s dance. Here’s it’s been led by arty public servant Brooke Thomas since 2017. NFSA, July 26.

  • Original music works by local composers Laura Harris, Madi Creecy, Lee Francis Evatt and Kian Macleod will take the stage at Smith’s Alternative, Civic, in its second Composer + Performer Night, July 27.
  • Aeolus Wind Trio performs dance styles from the Renaissance to the 1960s. Wesley Music Centre, July 30.
