Playing for the Shop N Save Police rugby team at the Vodafone Ratu Sukuna Bowl tournament was dream come true for fullback Waisake Ravuiwasa.
His Sukuna Bowl debut was more special when he played alongside his older brother and tight head prop Inoke Ravuiwasa as they beat Army, 20-19, at the HFC Bank Stadium last Saturday.
The Ravuiwasa siblings hail from Tavuki, Taveuni and share maternal links to Susui, Vanuabalavu, Lau.

“I thank God that we’re able to play together; I’ve been trying for a very long time,” Waisake said.
“My late dad always told me not to give up on it. I only wished he was here to see us.”
Meanwhile, Inoke has been playing for the Blues for the past nine years.
