OFC U16 men’s champions 2025

The Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) Under 16 (U16) Men’s championship 2025 is set to take place from 17-30 of August-next month in Honiara with eight teams participating.

As the countdown foe the highly anticipated youth competition continues, the confirmed participating OFC nations have been in full swing of preparation for the tournament.

A total of 8 OFC nations will be battling for the U16 glory this year in Honiara. Besides that, there are also three qualifying places available for the FIFA U-17 World Cup™ 2026, with the winner, runner-up and third placed team all securing their spot in Qatar.

As part of the main tournament next month, the qualifying tournament has taken place in Tonga in May this year with 4 nations battling for a qualification spot in the tournament in which Papua New Guinea have secured their spot respectively and will join Group A in Honiara, alongside Fiji, Tahiti and the Cook Islands.

While group B includes the defending champions New Zealand, Samoa, New Caledonia and the host Solomon Islands.

As the countdown continues, the 8 nations have been preparation as they eying the not only the tournament glory but a spot in the FIFA U-17 World Cup™ 2026, with the winner, runner-up and third placed team all securing their spot in Qatar.

Meanwhile, the competitions will run from the 17th- 30th of next month in Honiara.
