“It’s my attitude that I’ve to improve on,” she said after their training session at the Uprising Sports Centre at Pacific Harbour in Deuba yesterday.
The 23-year-old indicated that playing in her first HSBC SVNS tournament in Perth had been an eye-opener.
“I was scared to see the big crowd but I never lost hope,” she said.
Hailing from Vitogo in Lautoka, Nabulagi said she was raised in Narewa, Nadi.
“I never expected to be playing for Fiji, this fast. This was because my rugby career had a tough start. I started playing with the Tagimoucia club before I moved on to join the Amazons. It was five years of hardships but I had to keep on improving.
“Moreover, I’m grateful to God for this opportunity,” she added.
