Nadi boxer Robin Hazelman will be out to redeem himself against veteran boxer Joseph Kwadjo in the main title bout of the Bluewater Boxing Promotion on February 22 next year.
The fight would be hosted at the Vodafone Arena in Suva.
Hazelman said he will have a normal preparation phase for the fight against Kwadjo.
“I’m in it for myself to prove that I’m still there,” he said.
“I’m not going for the money or fame. I’m definitely going for the win.
“Everything is on peak as I’ve been doing my training at the gym.
“I’m already fit now and I’ll be fitter than ever in February.”
Hazelman said Kwadjo had a strong powerful punch but lacked speed.
“I’ll definitely give a good fight against Kwadjo, he doesn’t have speed, but he has got brute force,” he said.
“My little family is my motivation that keeps me going as they’ve been there for me in my ups and downs.”
Hazelman said boxing fans should be prepared to witness an entertaining fight.
“I’m not going to give Kwadjo an easy exit,” he said.
“I want to test his power and I want to see and feel what he’s got so I would love to see you guys on February 22.”
