Sky News host Erin Molan has entreated Aussies to be vigilant and ask for help in regards to their health as families everywhere prepare to celebrate Father’s Day.

Ms Molan spoke about the pain of losing her father, the late Senator Jim Molan, to prostate cancer earlier this year.

“His cancer was cruel and aggressive and who knows what would have happened if we’d found it earlier,” she said.

“But there’s no debate – the earlier you find it the better your outcome. Every single time.

“Gents, get on top of your health. Do a bit of research … figure out what you need to get checked. Ask your GP. If not for you, for your partners, your kids, your grandkids.”
