The Fiji Darts Association received a major boost yesterday as they prepare to host the 4th South Pacific Darts Championship.
It will take place from January 20-26 at the Metro Gym in Suva.
Extra has joined on board to be major sponsors for both the men’s and ladies teams with a sponsorship of $25k.
Extra chief marketing officer Lailanie Burnes said they were excited to partner with the sport for the regional tournament and contribute its development of darts in the country.

“The 4th South Pacific Darts Championship is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the talent and dedication of our local players, and we are thrilled to be part of the growing darts scene in Fiji.

The 4th South Pacific Darts Championship will feature a variety of competitions, with singles, doubles, and team events.
The Fiji Darts Association also named both of their teams which included a few overseas-based players.
