CHOGM 2024 Peninsula traffic and road closures announced

Apia, Samoa – 10 October 2024– The Savalalo Bus Terminal will be closed from 14 to 28 October 2024 to ensure traffic flow and access in and out of the CHOGM Peninsula in the lead up and during, CHOGM week.

This is one of the major changes announced by the CHOGM Task Force in an effort to balance the safety and needs of visiting CHOGM delegations, the many officials and teams supporting CHOGM delivery, and those who live and work in and around Apia.
