A child is in serious condition after taking a fall at Whangārei Falls in Tikipunga.
Hato Hone St John received reports of the incident about 7.30pm.
“One patient in serious condition was taken to Northland base ED,“ said a St John spokesperson.
The spokesperson told the Herald a child had hit their head.
