INKK Farebrother-Sullivan Trophy challengers Naitasiri received a major boost from its apparel sponsor Axellerate (Fiji) yesterday.

The company handed over the brand new custom playing kit to the Naitasiri Rugby Union in Namaka, Nadi, yesterday.

This is part of the lead up to their big game of the season in facing Farebrother holders Fiji Pine Lautoka Maroons at Churchill Park, Lautoka, tomorrow.

Axellerate (Fiji) executive director Anthony Toscano said: “It was a great opportunity to provide that boost of confidence to the team ahead of their big game this weekend with a brand new Axellerate playing kit.”

He said the entire team at Axellerate wishes Naitasiri the best of luck for Saturday’s challenge match.

”Axellerate your performance, go Naitasiri go,” he added.

NRU treasurer Meli Rokobici thanked their sponsor for coming on board once again.

“This has boosted the team’s morale. The team has been preparing and a camping at Navuso. We expect the Turaga na Qaranivalu (Ratu Inoke Takiveikata) to do the honours by handing over the jersey to the team this evening.”

Rokobici said there is a big interest from their fans as always to be part of this match.

The match kicks-off at 3pm.
