SIFF Confirms FIFA-Accredited Match Officials for 2026 – Solomon Star News

The Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) has this week confirmed the full list of FIFA-accredited match officials for the 2026 season.

The list features three centre referees, headlined by Timothy Niu, who has been named as the latest Solomon Islands referee to receive a FIFA Badge.

Also included are three assistant referees, two futsal referees, and a beach soccer referee. The officials were selected based on their performance assessments from the previous year, as well as their results in the FIFA fitness and technical tests. Rankings were conducted by the SIFF Classification and Assessment Committee, with final approval of badge allocations granted by FIFA in accordance with the quota assigned to each Member Association.

In total, nine local match officials have been accredited for the 2026 season.

•Bernard Mutukera – Assistant Referee

•Natalia Lumukana (Female) – Assistant Referee

•Jefferey Solodia – Assistant Referee

•Rex Kamusu – Futsal Referee

•Philip Mana – Futsal Referee

•Hugo Hebala – Beach Soccer Referee
