Crews from Auckland International Airport Rescue, Māngere, Papatoetoe, Onehunga, Ōtara, Ōtāhuhu, Manurewa, Ellerslie, Mt Roskill and Papakura are all at the airport.
Hato Hone St John was also responding.
Moments after the Boeing-737 landed, it moved off the runway and taxied a short distance away, where it remained for some time.
It has since moved to a spot far from the terminal, with the rescue vehicles following.
