SALOME Likuvo considers herself fortunate when it comes to eating healthy, as she eats vegetables almost every day.

She also prioritises healthy eating by consciously reducing her meat intake.

Instead of including meat in her meals, she focuses on adding vegetables and often enjoys making nutritious soup.

“I have been careful with what I consume as it reflects how I look on the outside,” she said.

“Prioritising healthy meals is something that I practise in my household and everywhere I go.”
