The Ratu Kadavulevu School Under-14 rugby side had adopted discipline, humility and respect during their Vodafone Deans Trophy campaign.
This was revealed by team manageress Eta Vakalutugone during an interview with SUNsports after their 13-0 win over Marist Brothers High School in the semi-final.
“We dedicate our semi-final win to the RKS Under-18 and Under-19 teams,” she said.
“We are so grateful that we’ve reached the final.”
Vakalutugone also acknowledged the support from the teachers, parents and ex-scholars.
“We are going to back our performance in the final.
“The unity among the players has become the team’s strength.”
Vakalutugone said they would be up for a challenge against the Mahatma Ghandi Memorial (MGM) side in the final.
