Lucy Tuinaceva was crowned Miss Duavata Northern Crime Prevention Carnival tonight at Subrail Park in Carnival.
Ms Tuinacava represented Northern Waste Management during the week-long carnival and advocated against combatting corruption for a fair society.
She dedicated the win to her late father who died due to a short illness in 2014.
Miss Drive Smart Gloria Tuilau was crowned first runner up and Shelly Masitabua, Miss Northern Premier Music Centre Nomai Dicagi was the second runner up.
