The Fiji Amateur Boxing Association has appointed Panapasa Daunakamakama as its president. His endorsement was made during FABA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Commander Stan Brown’s gym in Walu Bay, Suva, on Saturday.

Daunakamakama takes over from veteran sports administrator Manasa Baravilala.

At the AGM, the contributions made by the previous board members were acknowledged as they have put the sport on good footing.

Daunakamakama thanked the AGM attendees for the trust they have placed on him and thanked the outgoing president Baravilala for his work in getting FABA reinstated to the International Federation.

Daunakamakama is the founder of Juice Fiji Pte Limited.
