A TOTAL of 25 arrests were made over the Easter period with case of Common Nuisance making up most of the cases.
It was also revealed that nuisance cases during the recent Easter celebrations in Honiara continues to increase compared to previous years.
Thats according to the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force (RSIPF) Police Commander (PC) Celestine Buleava.
Buleava told the paper that in Honiara the RSIPF had conducted an operation and have made many arrests relating to drinking disorderly and causing disturbances.
“The RSIPF has made a total of 25 arrests on the Sunday of the Easter weekend all resulting from common nuisance,” PC Buleava said.
